About Charlotte - Attuned Hearts Psychology

Charlotte O’Donnell is a registered Clinical Psychologist whose work has been shaped by more than two decades of experience across a range of clinical and community-based settings. Her professional background, alongside life experience, has informed a grounded, thoughtful, and respectful way of working with adults across different stages of life.

Charlotte has worked in diverse contexts including private practice, hospital and primary care settings, veteran services, and specialist health services. This breadth has supported a capacity to understand people in the context of their relationships, histories, and current life circumstances, and to work thoughtfully with complexity over time.

 Charlotte has supported adults from a wide range of cultural backgrounds and lived experiences and is committed to creating a space where clients feel safe, affirmed, and genuinely understood. Charlotte has particular experience working with neurodivergent adults and members of the LGBTIQA+ community and approaches this work with sensitivity, curiosity, and respect.

Charlotte’s clinical style is warm, steady, and collaborative. She places strong value on building a trusting therapeutic relationship and works flexibly, tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs, values, and pace. Her work is informed by evidence-based psychological frameworks and ongoing reflective practice, with care shaped by professional judgement and attention to the whole person.
