Fees at Attuned Hearts Psychology are determined with consideration of professional standards, sustainability of care, and the provision of high-quality clinical services.
The Australian Association of Psychologists Inc. (AAPi) 2025-2026 Recommended Schedule of Fees has set the standard 40 to 60 minute consultation fee at $330.00. Providing an affordable service is important to us so our fees are set below this recommendation.
A 50+ minute standard psychology session - In-Person or via Telehealth (video or phone).
Where eligible, a Medicare Rebate of $145.25 may apply (out-of-pocket fee of $134.75).
A one-off 50+ minute intake psychology session
(In-Person is encouraged)
Where eligible, a Medicare Rebate of $145.25 may apply (out-of-pocket fee of $169.75)
Services beyond clinical appointments - including additional report writing, telephone conversations that last longer than 15 minutes, attendance at meetings or consultations which you have requested, or time required to perform any other service which you may request.
